In order to gain ownership of their mother’s assets, including the house so they can sell it, they will have to navigate probate court, which will likely take several months. In the meantime, monthly utilities, hospital bills, and funeral costs are adding up.

They are on the road to successful, financially independent lives and feel that selling their family home will get them beyond this financial roadblock and on the right path. But until they are able to complete the sale, they will be struggling to manage these expenses.

<div>-The funeral service for Randy and Jason Tyler will be held on <strong>Saturday, January 7th at 1:00pm in the sanctuary of Glenn Memorial United Methodist Church</strong>, 1660 N. Decatur Rd, Atlanta.

<div>-Handicap Parking can be found in designated spots around the sanctuary building. For all others, parking can be found at the Glenn Youth &amp; Activities Building, 1669 N. Decatur Rd, or the Emory Fishburne Parking Deck, 1672 N. Decatur Rd.

<div>In the early hours of Christmas morning, while everyone slept, a fire engulfed and destroyed the Tyler family home. Tragically, the fire has claimed the lives of Randy Tyler, Regine's husband and Sonia's father, and Jason Tyler, Regine's son and Sonia's brother. Also, both Regine and her grandson, Sonia's 10-year-old son, were hospitalized for smoke inhalation. Further, the fire has left the family with few, if any, possessions that might be recovered, a complete loss. We can be grateful that Sonia, her 8-year-old daughter, and visiting cousins escaped physical harm.

<div>This family needs the support of their community, their friends, and their family, to satisfy their emergent needs and to rebuild their life.
