Since I was 4, I have been helping out at neighborhood shops and running my own businesses, such as a lemonade stand, a hot chocolate stand, and designing and <a href="https://www.julianbusinessman.com/buy-cool-merch" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">selling my own Julian Businessman merch line</a>.

<div>I believe that no business is a true business if they don't donate some of their profits to try to help the world. That's why <strong>I have raised more than $37,000 for good causes</strong>, including $20,634.98 for Best Friends Animal Society.

<div>When I do business, I feel a rush of exhilaration in my veins that courses through me, leaving happiness and excitement in its wake. I want other kids to be able to experience that same feeling and help them get the skills to be successful in business and life.

<div>That's why I am organizing my very first <strong>Kids Business Fair</strong>, where kids can set up their own stands, sell their own products, make their own profits, and give 30% of their net profits to a charity of their choice.

<div>It will be on June 15th (Father's Day) from 10am-5pm at the <a href="https://grandbazaarnyc.org" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Grand Bazaar NYC</a> , which is a well-known market in my neighborhood on the Upper West Side of Manhattan that is also a non-profit that supports local public schools. I have rented a couple of tents in a prime location with lots of foot traffic. In one day, if the weather is nice, you can get up to 22,000 visitors to the fair.

<div>I found 15 Kid Vendors who will sell their own self-made products and donate part of their net profits to a charity <em>they</em> care about.
</div>

<div>I have been training the Kid Vendors on Zoom in all the things I have learned from my lifelong experience running lemonade and hot chocolate stands. I teach them things like planning their inventory, how to pick their price point, customer service, and marketing, so that they have a successful experience.
</div>

<div><strong>I am paying for everything</strong> besides the Kid Vendors' personal expenses (so, the space rental, the tents, table, and chair rentals, the marketing costs, printing costs, etc.), so now I am looking for support to help me cover those costs.

Help my friend Ryan and others in Maui

<div><strong>Sailor</strong> is our first ever foster dog. We took her in 6 weeks ago from the NYC city shelter (the ACC). She was found by the NYPD on the street without a collar or microchip. She is 8 years old, and we think she was used for breeding and then abandoned when she wasn’t useful anymore.

<div>Sailor is SUPER sweet and VERY affectionate, but she was never taught doggie manners, so she still has a lot to learn, like how to walk on a loose leash and to give humans some personal space when she wants to cuddle.
</div>

<div>She had to go back to the ACC shelter because she turned out to be not safe for young children. <strong>Things are looking bad for Sailor at the shelter, because they're completely full. </strong>
</div>

<div>We searched high and low for another, more suitable foster for Sailor and found a great match! But we still need a rescue organization to take her from the ACC and under their wing. <strong>With funds and especially an adopter, a rescue will be more likely to accept her.</strong>

I will collect donations on the street and online, and at the end of the fundraiser, I will buy all the items they need and bring them to the Best Friends pet adoption center in a big "Newsworthy Delivery"!
