Tyson (rescue Boxer) surgery

Tyson is a 4yr old male Boxer.  We rescued him a couple of weeks ago when IMPD Animal Control took him from a drug house in Indy.  Tyson had an obvious and very significant injury to his right front paw.  We found out he was struck by a car ONE YEAR AGO and his owner failed to get him treated.  He is scarred on his head and the paw is permanently swollen to about twice it's normal size and is bent back at 90 degrees without the possibility of correction now.  The nerves there are dead and he drags it, thus causing a constant open wound/bleeding and risk of infection.  As you can see in the photo that portion of his paw is bent in half.  He exists now as a three legged dog.  After consulting with our Vet it was immediately determined that his entire right front leg will need to be amputated up to the shoulder as there is no repair/remedy for his current condition.  She has agreed to the surgery ASAP and this will happen the week of Dec 12, 2016.
We were not looking for a new member to  our family at this time.  Our own Boxer, Ranger, died at the age of 13 almost 2 years ago and it has been painful ever since.  We have very recently moved to a new home out in the country so he hope TYSON will recover and enjoy his new life "out on the land" with his new loving family.  GOD puts things in your path wheter as challenges or reward.  TYSON is certainly both to us.  We do feel so blessed to have him and honored to care for him.  But with a new house, Christmas and no money to spare we are struggling to come up with the money to pay for the surgery.  This has all happened so fast.  We know GOD will provide and we were lead to try the GOFUNDME option to fundraise.  Any help to provide the surgery for this beautiful dog will be so greatly appreciated
