Hi,
My name is Josh Pralle and I'm currently in Sydney, Australia. I came here to study audio engineering at Hillsong International Leadership College. I just finished my first year and will be starting my second year in January. So in the mean time, I'll be changing my visa toa working/holiday visa to work until the next year starts.
I was hired on to a company as an assistant marketing manager for a mobile dental clinic. Unfortunately, I was forced to quit when the company got into legal trouble. And since I'm not currently studying I have to change my visa to a working/holiday. In order to do this, I have to leave the country to apply.
The cheapest flight is to Auckland, New Zealand for about $400 and my visa change is $500. I was banking on my first paycheck from my "new job" to pay for that, but because of the legal trouble, I won't see any money for the time I worked and my visa has to change before September 9th or I'll be in the country illegally.
I actually have a job lined up, if I can sort out my visa. I just need to find enough money to cover my flight and visa change.
So, that's where I'm at, currently. You've all been such a huge help to me and I'm very much appreciative of all that you've given and continue to give and support me in this season. It's been very difficult and humbling, but ultimately, God has a plan. Any amount that you would be willing to give would be extremely helpful! I could also use prayer and support, a lot can happen when a community is in agreement in prayer.
Thank you all for your support!
