Tyler goes to England

Every 9 year old who loves soccer has a dream to make it. To be like Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar, etc... my sons dream to go to Barcelona came true last September. It’s still one of his most treasured memories. Walking on to Camp Nou, sitting in the players seats, living with teammates, training in their facilities & just living the culture. We still talk about it all the time. 
Tyler started playing at 3. Just a simple intro class sent him into tears on the field even with his best bud at his side. He ran off to his parents every 5 minutes “for a drink”. The following year he is was eligible for 4 year old rec, after a quick try at T-ball we were back to Soccer. This time a little less timid and a lot more excited. Except for picture day when he’d cry hysterically because he hated pictures. He quickly realized his love for running and kicking things meant he could do good here. He blossomed after just a few practices. He scored almost everytime he touched the ball and never looked back. We moved from PA to SC at 5 & from rec to academy at the age 7. He has made a steady impact in play and has continued to be hungry in his willingness to learn and get better. 
We had started hearing “He has something special” from coaches and parents and started putting him into more challenging environments. He’s played up an age group since 7 with his club, he’s played up in his off season leagues and has never waivered from the challenge. He’s a fighter, a hard worker, a dedicated learner and bright eyed pro dreamer. He often asks us what cars we want and where we want to go when he can buy them for us... but for now, we have to provide every opportunity we can to help feed his hunger and lead him the best we can to his dreams. 
We just learned from his Barcelona trip last fall he has earned a spot for the All Star team in England in November!  The 9 day trip is a doozy on our wallets. The child and parent cost is just over $5000 not including our flights. Flights are coming in around $2000 for just the 2 of us to go. We will do whatever we have to to get him there and any small donation will help us feed his dreams ❤️
