Twitchy's Vet costs for amputation

We got Twitchy on Valentine's Day 2014. Also the day we found out I was pregnant with Joy. She was two years old! Recently she fell of the ledge at the top of the stairs. After x-rays the vet noted that her hip socket has formed abnormally from birth, her femur is dislocated, and fractured at the "knee." Our options were ortho referral (upwards of $10k), or amputation. Her quality of life after amputation is projected to be great! She is only six, so  she still has so many years left. I hate to do this, but I can't have her put down. It breaks my heart to even think about it. Cost for amputation is upwards of $800. If you can help by donating or sharing, it is greatly appreciated! She is home with us now with pain meds and in an enclosed space, and is set for surgery (if we can do it) for Thursday. Thank you so much!
