Twinkle are funding travel for Casper & Percy

We have been asked to set up this fundraising page for Casper. As you may have seen on Facebook Casper came to us for neutering, but was found to be already neutered, more worrying was his ears which showed bad cancer usually caused by the intense sun.

We noticed that there is a possibility of signs of early cancer on his nose and one eye, so we had to decide if to proceed with amputation of his ears or to put him to sleep.

We decided to give him a chance as he is a lovely cat and deserves a chance, since his operation he is becoming very brave enjoying having his chin rubbed etc.

We do not want to put him back on the street as being subjected to further intense sun will only cause further damage hence we are looking to find him a home in the UK.

 

We would also like to find a forever home for Percy, He was found unable to walk by some very kind holidaymakers who contacted us after we believe he was hit by a car, once seen by the vet we were told his hip had come out of its socket and had various areas of skin torn from his head and hip.

Percy successfully had his hip operated on and is making a great recovery, he acts like a kitten despite being approximately 6 years old.
Because of his situation and friendliness we would really like to give him a chance of a great new life having lost some of his 9 lives.

Due to the costs of transporting animals to the UK we have tried to find suitable forever homes on the island without success, hence the plea for donations to get them into loving homes that all animals deserve.
