Tumor Removal Surgery for Cocoa

Sweet Cocoa was surrendered to Bishop Animal Shelter SPCA (www.bishopspca.org) when his owner was no longer able to care for him due to his medical needs. In addition to some minor skin issues, Cocoa has a softball-sized mass on his rear end. The mass has engulfed his tiny tail and partially involves the anal opening.



Cocoa needs X-rays, a biopsy and a histopath to determine what type of mass it is. He then has to see a surgeon to remove this mass. While we do our best to provide for all animals in our care, Bishop Animal Shelter needs the help of our community to care for this sweet boy's special needs. All donations will be used to pay our veterinarians for his medical care and recovery.
