Tuk's journey

I am writing this for my father, Tuk, who is 52 years old and is suffering from dementia and brain atrophy. My dad is essentially homeless and doesn't have health insurance. We are trying to get him to a neurologist for further testing, but all of the office visits and medications are drastically adding up for my siblings and myself. Any contributions would be graciously appreciated and accepted. Anything from helpful recommendations , food , money and clothes. Thank you for taking the time to help my dad.
