Tug's Medication Help Fund

Donation protected
Tug is my boy. He is family and I arguably love him more than anything else in the world. I would do anything for him.

I hate begging for charity. I’ve never done it before. But my dog Tug is nearing the end of his life and the medical conditions are stacking up. His quality of life is great, he isn’t suffering in the least so sending him on his journey is not even thinkable. But his mediaction expenses are getting very, very expensive. In addition to that are frequent Vet visits for testing, imaging, checkups, etc. He has Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), Cushings and Sunday (12/4/16) he started to have seizures. He had two more this morning (12/6/16) and it was time to get him on medication. Which is really expensive and adds to what we already have going out for his other conditions. His new medication total is $560/mo. On top of $400-800/mo in office visits/testing it’s really stretching my wife and I thin. This time of year, with the business is always very thin anyway. And of course, because everything comes in threes we have shelled out thousands of dollars in the last 60 days on house expenses (not upgrades). Our wiggle room is at a minimum.

If you have $5-$10-$15……$100 that you can throw at Tug’s medication costs it would help out tremendously.

I put the goal at 4mo worth of meds. Hopefully Tug makes it longer than that but 4mo is the best guess for his life expectancy by the Vet and the Cardiologist. As much as I would like the little fella to be around forever the curtains are starting to come down. We’re trying to make his remaining time as comfortable and loving as possible.

Thank you for your consideration.
