Tu Tu's Battle against Cancer

At the age of one, Toussaint Meng Flores was diagnosed with Wilms tumor, a type of kidney cancer that is most common in children. With many heartbreaking decisions imposed on the family, they decided the best route was for him to undergo an extensive surgery that required the entire removal of the affected kidney. Toussaint bravely fought through and was in remission

However, he was not out of the woods. The doctor informed the family that with Wilms tumor, there was a 15 percent chance of a cancer recurrence. Toussaint would have to be monitored regularly up until the age of twelve to check for any signs of the tumor returning.

Sadly, at the age of two, Toussaint has been diagnosed, yet again, with the merciless cancer that plagued him just a year prior. Needless to say, all those around him are shocked and devastated by this news. His family, however, will continue their unparalleled display of strength in order to see their little man through. We ask that you kindly help lessen the financial burden of Sandy and Oscar as Toussaint bravely prepares for another fight against this relentless tumor.
