TTORP is a web application to make traditional pen-and-paper role playing games easier. Right now it's "just" a character sheet system, and a basic way of linking those sheets together to create a campaign.  It exists on my personal website as a labor of love...

But with your help, we can make his thing EPIC.  Layers for character sheets to show the where/when/why stats changed.  A system that makes tracking stuff in battles easy and fun.  Map-based integration (possibly with other systems).  A community-driven library of NPC's, monsters, and so much more.

Stay tuned.  I've got more ideas than you can shake a stick at.

FYI: if you choose a donation level different than one that's available, you'll still get all the rewards of any level below the amount donated. Multiple donations will receive the highest reward for the total amount donated.

Time is just flying by!

Table Top Online Role Playing (TTORP) is still alive! I've been so busy burning up code that I completely forgot about all that "social media" stuff... hmm... maybe I'm becoming too much of a hermit. Or maybe I needs me a PR person!

I'm planning a massive overhaul to the framework that runs TTORP, so it can more easily work with virtually any RPG system. That's been a challenge unto itself, especially since I always plan for converting existing data to work with changes.

So check out the site at http://bit.ly/ttorp! Or check it out on Facebook at http://fb.com/ttorpg! Or our Google+ page at http://bit.ly/gttorp!

Remember, I need your support! Tell your friends, family, alter egos, and pets! Share it on Facebook! And G+, and Twitter, and Reddit, and... all them fancy social media things! If you know somebody that has loads of money burnin' a hole in there pocket, point 'em over here! Also, EXCLAMATION POINTS!

P.S. (not really): I'm planning on putting up a video blog soon for those awesome folks that believed enough to part with their cash. Stay tuned!

I'm still here! Development for Table Top Online Role Playing -- TTORP--is still in progress. The framework that makes the website [ http://bit.ly/ttorp ] is being completely overhauled.

Did you know TTORP is (almost) completely open source? It is written in PHP, runs on Nginx using the Linux operating system, all of which is completely open source. All the frameworks that make TTORP live are open source on GitHub [ http://bit.ly/csgithub ]!

A very special thanks goes to everyone that has helped me get this far. Without your support, TTORP would be nothing more than a (great) idea. Thank you!

Remember, I need YOU to help me spread the word. I have no budget for advertising at all, which means I'm dependent on word-of-mouth advertising. If you like it, go and spread the word!

It's been a long month, but changes are coming. Slowly, but they're coming.

I'm working on a new "Storyteller Forum" system. The very first version available will just be a plain old forum for use with "play by post" campaigns (which I've traditionally done by email).

This new system intends to intimately connect to a campaign and character sheet to a play-by-post campaign to simplify things. No more dealing with limitations of email, like with Gmail's apparent limit of 100 messages per thread: the forum will allow an indefinite number of posts.

It will help to inform the DM (and players) as to who's viewed a particular post, which will help in determining who's holding things up. Reminders will be sent out after a certain amount of time. There will be a "click to roll" system to simplify responses that require a skill (or other) roll from the player/character. And some other stuff. Stay tuned!

TTORP can't go anywhere without your support. Consider using it in your next game! And remember to let your friends know about TTORP ( http://bit.ly/ttorp) so they can use it too!

Thanks for your support!

The progress is slow and steady, but at least it is progress.

Any character sheets from the original website ( www.crazedsanity.com) will now redirect to the real TTORP site transparently. So don't worry about using an old link, it will go to the right place. YAY!

So I've been struggling with this problem where there's not really much activity. I haven't had time to devote to "marketing" TTORP ( http://bit.ly/ttorp), and it's not one of those things that just grows on its own.

Do you have any ideas on how to help promote TTORP? Is there something that is off-putting about the site, or the sheets, or... something else? Let me know!

Remember, TTORP needs your help to become known! Tell friends about it, give 'em http://bit.ly/ttorp so they can check it out! Use it at your next role-playing session, and show it off!

Thanks for your support!
