HELP US PUT RELIEF SUPPLIES DIRECTLY INTO THE HANDS OF HURRICANE/FLOODING VICTIMS
Caring Hearts, Inc formed as a 501c3 nonprofit Organization in 2001. Based out of Kingsland, GA we have responded to 18 major disasters here in the United States and around the world.
What makes us different from other groups:
• 100% of donations received go to the relief efforts
• No one receives a salary or compensation for their service
• We have responded to 18 major and numerous minor disasters here in the United States and around the world giving us experience many do not have
• We do not warehouse supplies; we actually distribute directly to the victims in the disaster zone area.
As a crisis emergency first responder organization we go door-to-door, shattered home to shattered home, rubble pile to rubble pile looking for those that survived the disaster event to provide them with our life sustaining “Meals in a Bag” and other emergency survival supplies they will need in order to make it through until food distribution areas open up near them.
You have seen the news, the devastation, the heartache and you feel great sorrow for what these victims are going through. Most likely, you are grateful it is not you enduring their nightmare. To those you see in these desperate conditions, Caring Hearts, Inc comes to bring support, relief, and an assurance of hope; your donations will help us to do just that.
This is truly an unprecedented, catastrophic event, and it will require an equally historic relief response. Our organization will use all funds donated to purchase and transport needed materials directly to the survivors; nothing is warehoused!
Funds are needed to be able to respond to the demand signal from our on-the-ground contacts regarding the most needed and most desired materials to provide support.
Caring Hearts, Inc. is part of the Georgia Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (GA VOAD). Our VOAD connections equip us with knowledge from a variety of on-scene agencies to ensure that our help is timely, prioritized and gets directly to those in need.
100% of your donations via the GoFundMe program (minus their fees) will be applied directly to the hurricane/flooding relief supplies we will be taking into the disaster zone.
As soon as the transportation lanes are clear and civil authorities mobilize VOAD organizations, we will begin transporting all purchased/donated supplies into the hurricane/flood zone and we will continue to conduct the humanitarian outreach we have been engaged in since landfall was made over a week ago.
