Save Truman my bull terrier

Truman is in critical care at Cornell university animal . His condition is now critical! I have 3 rescue dogs who were unwanted by their previous owners. Truman is my English Bull terrrier that needs help asap. I started boarding this little bull terrier when he was 8 weeks old from  his owner who was traveling a day after he bought him at the breeder. He was 8weeks and 1 day old when i met him.  After 12 weeks  of boarding him in my home back and forth,the owner decided he didnt have the time and abandoned him.  So we took him in and Truman became part of our family of 3 rescues i  already had. I have volunteered for rescues and animals most of my life. Always paid out of my own pocket for medical and other care. So I took on this boy and raised him. He has never had any illnesses. Untill this week. We thought he had a cold or cough.  But then he stopped eating and has fluid in his heart and lungs. Today he was brought back to the vet after a week where they thought it was a cough and discovered he has an enlarged faulty heart. He needs ultrasound testing asap ,I have already spend $600!that i dont have.  So to decide how we can save him with proper meds, tests are being doneand make sure there is no cancer they want to do ultrasound this morning he turned for the worst as his regular vet did not order proper testing. He went from a bouncy playful 6 year old dog to a sick pup. I am in need of your help to raise funds for his stay at emergency , I already have a rescue  8 year old boston terrier rescued from a Brooklyn illegal dog breeders that threw him out in the street after they beat him when he got to old. He  is sick too with heart issues , but now on heart meds ,and doing better but it costs me $150 a month for his meds.
For Truman If anyone can help with any amount please help me to atleast raise funds for his icu. I am already paying off his exrays and meds over $400.  It has not been easy caring for all 3,  I am single and trying to make ends meet. This dog has taught me patience, and love more than anything everand to never give up on life as hard as it is . He is too young not to have a fighting chance. Please help us . I can offer dance lessons in exchange also for anyone who helps us. My passion is teaching dance and animals.
