Trubel's (troubles) first operation has been a huge success and she is recovering extremely well. All bills including "Post Op" consultations have been paid in full and we are sincerely grateful to all donors everywhere.

Trubel's second operation to repair her "Right Leg" is scheduled for the 9th October 2019 and we now desperately need your help to raise the funds  so the surgery can go ahead as planned.
All we asking is a small contribution  by way of the "Cost of a Cup of Coffee" in the currency of the country you live in. Of course larger donations will be received with much love & many thanks but the truth is; If half of our Facebook friends & half of their friends gave $4.00 AU we would reach our target on time and with ease.

WITH A HUGE THANK'S TO YOUR DONATIONS (GoFundMe & Anonymous Direct Deposits) Trubel's Left Leg TPLO Operations has been done.

There is approximately 4 to 6 weeks left to raise the funds needed for the TPLO operation to repair her "Right Leg"

So, we are now appealing to all Ray Ridgway & Julie Gibb "Worldwide" friends on Facebook who have pledged funds or who have not yet donated to help us reach our goal / target.

Hi my name is Trubel,

Thanks for visiting my GoFundMe page. Here is my backstory.

Shortly after I was born I was abandoned, I was approximately 5 weeks old when I was found roaming the streets, no collar, no tags, no microchip and all alone. Luckily I was rescued by AMRAA and taken care of. After having my injections, being fed and nursed back to health I was sent to a foster family until I could find my forever home.

After a few months my foster family fell in love with me and signed the adoption papers quickly after that. I've been so happy with my new family for the past year and mucking around with my new brother and sisters at the park has been so much fun.

Recently I had a bit of a tumble at the park and started limping so went to visit my vet at the RSPCA who sent me for Xray’s and ultrasound. They found that my back ligaments are not very strong and my right had ruptured. I will need surgery if I want to go back to the park. This surgery will ensure I have a pain free long life full of park adventures. Unfortunately each leg surgery is approximately $4500, plus I have to stay in a crate and go back to the vets once a week for more injections and check up’s.

I know I'm only a pup and just starting my life, I really need your help so I can get this surgery.

Even sharing this page helps.

Thank you.

Love,

Trubel

- - - - - - - - - - - - Hello, My Name Is Trubel (Trouble) - - - - - - - - - - - -

. . . . . . . I was rescued from the pound, I was lost but now I’m found!
I love my owner very much, the rough & tumbles, his gentle touch.

He tells me off when I’ve been bad and hugs me close when I am sad
It’s very hard to watch him cry and in this rhyme you’ll see just why.

My brother & sisters have lots of fun, for me my playing days are done
They see our friends down at the park I stay home from dawn to dark.

I’ve torn the ligaments in both knee’s - we can’t afford the surgery fees
I have pain killers twice a day, but  still can’t run and still can’t play.

Laying around with nothing to do and worst of all, I’m not even 2
Life like this is just not funny and need help to raise some money.

A pensioner’s wage doesn’t go that far, rent and bills plus run the car
Will you please help me and donate? even a dollar would be just great!

Here's My Story + Medical Details

I'm a husky with a tiny bit of malamute in me, I'm very small for my age and
that's probably why my breeder dumped me at 8 weeks old, on a busy street
in the suburb of Guildford NSW Australia.
The local council grabbed me, put me in a cage and phoned Barbara Trytko.
She arranged for Ray & Julie to "foster" me for a short/medium  term but;
Ray took one look at me and said; "She's mine!" OH! How Very, Very Excitement!
I now have a new mum & dad, a huge (bigger-n-a-dinasaur) Alaskan malamute
brother Kai, a pretty (nose in the air thinks she's a princess) malamute sister Maia
and last but not least, another sister called Jedda who's clearly boss of this pack,
even Kai shuts up and walks away when she tells him to. (kinda weird don't ya think?)

Nobody knew it at the time, but I was born with fragile "Cruciate Ligaments" in both
of my knee's which is not uncommon. Most dogs can live their whole lives without any
major problems.
BUT NOT ME! - I'm a super-fast runner with massive shoulder/upper body strength.
A short while back I was down the park chasing down my terrier friend and with a nifty
zig here & zag there I pounced and had him down on his back fully surrendering and,
that's when my right knee went all funny on me.
The terrier was up and off like a friggin' rocket, me? I'm right behind ready to pounce but,
my knee screamed NO! - NO! more and my chase was well & truly done!

My right Cruciate Ligament had seriously ruptured and it was off to the vet, strange hands
pulling my leg this way & that and, I even had a "finger stuck up my BUM" how very RUDE!
Next it was X-Rays, pills and the vet said, "You can't run any more til' I say so - ya got it???"
Over the next few days hobbling around trying to compensate for my very sore right knee
I friggin' well ruptured my left  Cruciate and so, back to the vet for more of the same and,
ya guessed it another strange finger up my bum. (Is there something kinky going on or what?)

They CAN fix me! - There are 2 operations which are done one knee at a time six weeks apart
Operation No. 1 costs AU$3000.00 - AU$3500.00 for EACH KNEE and is "Patch Up" job
with no guarantees of long term success because of my young age and the way that I'm built.
So obviously, it was not recommended by the veterinary surgeon who's doing the operation(s) .

Operation No. 2 is a TPLO costs AU$4000.00 - AU$4500.00  for EACH KNEE and promises
a much better fix with proven longer term stability of the repair. It was the obvious choice!
Following surgery there are numerous "Post Op" consultations, x-rays, therapy and so on.
(What the F^*ks Therapy!!!) Is that because I gotta live a crate for at least 3 months???
Then again, "Whats a Crate?" and will it hurt? - Guess I'm gonna have to wait and see!

For those of you who have already donated, I love and thank you sincerely for your help and;
For those reading this for the first time, please help me, and if you can't afford to contribute
that's okay but please do me a kindness, and tell your friends about this post.
