If you’ve had a drink in Annapolis in the last 25 years, there’s a good chance it was served by our friend Troy Chittum. From the Acme to Stan & Joes to now Fado, Troy has always been an accommodating host and strong supporter of our music and arts community. And now, he needs our help.
Troy has been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis, a progressive autoimmune disease that impacts the spine and causes excessive pain, stiffness, fatigue and loss of mobility throughout the body. He was hospitalized for a period of time in February and we’d like to lend him a hand. Although his level of pain varies each day, it is something Troy can always expect. Our lofty goal is in hopes of alleviating some of his daily stresses financially to help cover medical bills and expenses and insurance costs so that Troy can live a healthier daily life.
