Female Scouts BSA Troop 19, Austin

Troop 19 is a Scouts BSA troop for girls ages 11 to 18. It will be one of the first all-girls Scouts BSA troops in Central Texas and will be ready to receive new Scouts starting in February 2019. We are located in southwest Austin.
Based on existing commitments, we anticipate a membership of approximately 30 girls. We want to hit the ground running on day one, but that requires equipment and lots of it! Since Scouts BSA troops camp once per month, Troop 19 will be purchasing camping supplies adequate for our anticipated membership. We will need camping gear, cooking supplies, propane grills, pots and pans, tables, dutch ovens, pop-up shade tents, and more. Our full wish list can be found here .

Troop 19 strives to be the model troop envisioned by Lord Baden-Powell (founder of the World Scouting Movement) in 1908...except this time it's for girls!
