My Friends,
Recently our family has lost our Grandson, Son and Brother as many of you have just been informed. Tristan was born with a path on this earth that was only for a short time.
While here he experienced the unconditional love of his mother and father, Trista and Josh Birdzell, The excitement of his sister Hailee brother Wyat and the love of family members and many others from the Utah Valley Hospital who have helped comfort him and his family in their time of need.
It is my honor to reach out to all and ask for financial assistance for Josh and Trista. While they are grieving the loss of Tristan it seems my duty to try to gather the funds to help with the expenses they will endure from the medical costs for the past 6 months in trying to save Tristan. If together we can raise the funds they can grieve their loss without the financial destitution that could make this time more unbearable.
I personally want to thank all the doctors, nurses and staff at Utah Valley hospital and especially Wendy. She helped the kids through the day yesterday. Attended to their needs, she made Trista, Josh and Tristan very comfortable through this transition.
