Trip for our Veterans

Hi my name is Emma Holum. My friend Julia Brassel and I are a part of a leadership class. We currently attend North Marion High School in Oregon. It didn't take long for us to decide what we wanted our leadership project to be. We have decided we want to put our time towards fundraising and taking donations for our veterans. . We want to send a local veteran to the place of their dreams. We would pay for their roundtrip airfare, the hotel stay, and extra spending money. We feel that our veterans don't get noticed enough or people don't give back enough. We've always wanted to do something that would truly give back and give them an experience they won't forget. This would be for our veterans and only veterans. The more money we can raise the more veterans we can give this  opportunity
to. We will need this money by June 1st. I know this is soon but I feel that it is something that can be done. This would mean so much to give this opportunity to a local veteran. We want them to know that people do appreicate them and have the ability to give back to them. Others will nominate veterans, and veterans can also nominate themselves. We would appreicate the help even if it is a small donation. Thank you all!
