Trinity's Table

Thank you for your contributions to help support our ministry to provide an average of 190 meals to the Bordentown community each week.  We started this service in April 2017 and since then have delivered over 10,000 meals. 

This money will be used to cover installation of a much needed donated, commercial convection oven to speed up the prepping of the ever growing amount of food needed, and cover the gas and electric expenses we now have related to this mission.  Anything above this amount would go to serving and packing supplies and any ongoing food purchases.

 Each hot meal cost between 3-4 dollars.  This, of course, doesn't include gas and other expenses the volunteers that make the deliveries, absorb themselves.

 As winter approaches, the need for nourishing meals in the community grows. 

Last April of 2017, Trinity UMC decided to act as a satellite campus for the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen (TASK) and serving home cooked meals prepared by Mercer County Muslims AgainstHunger (MMAH) and the TUMC church community volunteers.
