Last week, Amy and I participated in the first of four triathlons that we’re doing this Summer as a way to help raise money and awareness for the East Gippsland Wildlife Rehabilitation Incorporated.
The East Gippsland Wildlife Rehabilitation Incorporated is one of the smaller, forgotten, not-for-profit charity groups that are fighting incredibly hard to help animals suffering in the horrific bushfires.
The members of Wildlife Rehabilitation Incorporated cover large areas of the region, committing their financial resources and time to keeping our wildlife alive. Without any government support, they rely on donations and their own money to operate.
Like most of us, we’re feeling hopeless and searching for ways to help. At the end of the day, if a lot of people do a little bit, that’s when big change happens.

Amy and I are tri-ing to do our bit and would love you to as well! Our main focus is raising money for this incredible organisation - all donations big or small are welcomed!
We’d love to have as many people join our Tri-ing to Help Team. Whether it’s your first tri, or you’re a pro - come join us and get your community behind this cause!
Dates for the next three triathlons, are as followed:
⁃ 2nd February (Elwood)
⁃ 15th March (Brighton)
⁃ 29th March (St Kilda)
