Trichotillomania Awareness

My name is Sarah M Pennington. I have dealt with trichotillomania, a compulsive hair-pulling disorder, since age 11. This disorder has left me mostly bald. I use to feel ashamed for my appearance but have worked through my anxieties. Now, I want to promote self-love and awareness for trich through pageantry. This is where YOU come in.
