Welcome everyone,
My gofundme page is linked from my trejournal.com website (where you most likely came from).
My 4-year TRE Journal will always be free. However, it took hundreds of hours to complete (but a labor of love). A donation will reciprocate that effort. I will freely cover the cost of the website/bandwidth and domain name.
If you've read my journal, you know I've learned a lot about TRE over the last four years. I commit to continuing my journal indefinitely, and sharing any further insights I learn in the future. TRE is not just a four-year experience for me, it will be a lifetime experience.
Ignore the $10k "goal", I had to pick something.
I would encourage others to journal about their healing experience with TRE and publish it someday. TRE has a huge destiny in the world - the genie has been let out of the bottle.
Despite the severity of your past traumas/stresses, we can recover. We all have the capability to experience an extraordinary degree of mental health.
My sincere dream, is that someday, PTSD can be relegated to nothing more than a historical curiosity.
