Rare Neuroendocrine Atypical Lung Cancer

My father, Félix, was diagnosed with a rare type of cancer in his lung: Atypical Neuroendocrine Tumor. 
Only 1% of  Neuroendocrine Tumors are Atypical. They are the most aggressive type and tend to metastasize. The usual treatment is to remove the organ affected.  However, my father's tumor has completely encapsulated his pulmonary artery and is extremely close to his vena cava, which makes it impossible to remove his lung. 
Puerto Rico doesn't have the facilities nor the equipment for treatment.
He needs a PetScan with Gallium 68, which was approved by the FDA in 2016 and it is used exclusively for this type of cancer and is not available in Puerto Rico. Also, the treatment for this type of cancer is Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy (PRRT) was approved by the FDA in January 2018 and it is only available in the United States.
We found The Neuroendocrine Tumor Research and Treatment Center at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and they are expecting my father to finally get the adequate treatment for his diagnosis. The Chairman of the Center as well as his staff has been in constant contact with us, and the only thing keeping mu father from getting it is the cost of the treatment, lodging and everything that comes with it. 
We know the cost is well over $100,000.00, however, our initial goal is $35,000.00 to finally get my father to Dallas, TX, and start doing his medical studies as well as start treatment.
