Travis Foster’s Fight against Cancer

“A HERO is an ordinary individual who finds the strength to persevere and endure in spite of overwhelming obstacles”
Friends,
Katie and Travis Foster have recently been dealt and unexpected hand. Travis (aka Mr. Foster to his Herriman High students) was just diagnosed with Colon cancer. He underwent a right hemi-colectomy surgery on 2/15/19 where the doctors removed the tennis ball sized tumor, and nearby lymph nodes which will be sent for pathology. Regardless of those results, doctors are certain Travis will need intense chemotherapy due to his young age.
As a dear friend to the Foster’s, I have created this campaign as a way for friends and family to show their support during this horrific time. One can only imagine the amount of financial strain the family is about to endure. Travis may be out of work for a prolonged period of time, not to mention all of the medical expenses that will soon be piling up. Any relief that you can offer would mean a great deal to Travis, his wife Katie, and their 5 beautiful children: Audrey (13), Bradley (10), Sam (8), Eddie (4) and baby Alex (7 mos.)
As we learn more information about Travis’ prognosis, this page will be updated ❤️
