Travel expenses for U of M

I found out that I have chronic kidney disease stage 4. I found out I can go to the University of Minnesota to get ready for a transplant I am hoping to raise this money by or around the end of July. The reason for needing the funds is for travel, food, and lodging expenses to get from Keewatin to Minneapolis for the treatments. My situation is very critical if I don't get help soon I could become more sick.                                    Thank you in advance for your help.
