Help Jamie get back to work

Imagine loosing your job after a car accident while working.
I started driving for Lyft last summer, and less than a month later I had a car accident on my way to drop off a passenger. I was deactivated immediately, and I couldn’t drive until a week later once my car was inspected by a reputable mechanic. I did everything Lyft asked me to get back on the road and get reinstated.
Lyft refused to give me the $500 bonus I had earned by doing the rides required within my first 30 days of driving. I was told that because I had been deactivated, I was no longer eligible for the bonus.
Working with Lyft’s insurance was a nightmare. It took them over 90 days to get back to me. When they finally did, I was told that there was a $2,500 deductible that I would have to pay before they would even start processing my claim.
I was able to get reinstated and continued driving for Lyft for about eight months with my damaged car. I had been saving up to fix it, working multiple jobs and unable to get my insulin to make up for the unexpected loss of income.
In February I was deactivated again. I was told that there had been a mistake on my initial paperwork and I was suspended indefinitely until my car is repaired.
Please help me recover from this hardship, any amount helps.
