Transgender MtF transition surgery

Hello everyone! I am so happy to see you here. I would like to share my story with you, please read until the end:
My name is Aleksandra, I am 25 yo.
I was born in Crimea in Ukraine as a boy, to put it mildly, my childhood wasn't happy, my father and mother were connected with drugs, they both often were in prison, that's why I even didn't remember them, I lived with my grandmother and sister. When our grandmother passed away, I and my sister were sent to Orphanage. I felt like a girl inside from a young age, and definitely, I didn't get any support from anyone. The only dream I had at that time is to move from the small town somewhere far from that place and people.
At the age of 14 years, I left my "family" and moved far away, I started to live together with different men in Moscow, Sait Petersburg in Russia, it was an unpleasant experience which I want to forget forever.
At the age of 18 years, I began work as a webcam model, online, so I could afford to buy tickets and move back to Ukraine, I rented a room in Kiev and keep working. I got friends over there, everything was nice, but I wasn't myself, so I decided on a big step.
1st January of 2015 I decided to starts my transition, I started to call myself women and take hormones. It wasn't easy at the beginning but OMG it was amazing. But still, I was so unhappy with what I am doing for a living, but exactly this changed my life.
On my webcam job I met a man from California who wanted only good for me, he wasn't a reach guy or anything, but this is not important, he just accepted me as who I am.
He started supporting me, send some finances to cover food and accommodation expenses, so I could stop doing webcam. In Ukraine(or in the whole world) being transgender is very difficult, there are not a lot of ways to raise money. I felt really blessed to get this man in my life and feeling now! In December 2016 we got married, and in July 2018 we finally could afford my move to California.
My move to California changed EVERYTHING, I am feeling like a new person, the energy of this place changed something in my mind, I won't be thankful enough for this.
I began my spiritual path. This life my soul came for the experience of being a transgender female(WHYYY? :D ), who later discover all the beauty of spirituality :) My life was not typical, I had so much going on, but finally, I am who I am.
I am vegan now, my day starts at 4 am, and it’s really beautiful to wake up this early, when you have a morning practice, like meditation, yoga, sometimes running. I am in love with sunrises/sunsets. I am obsessed with nature so much. I like music a lot and I am definitely like dancing. I like to sing in kirtans to God, I feel so blessed when I do so. I do not belong to any particular religion, God is everything and everyone :)
It feels like I needed this whole my life, this spiritual healing.
But there is still one serious thing that keeps me from living a whole life. I don't have a full surgery, it's often puts me in the depression.
It makes many questions in my mind, WHY AM I BORN LIKE THIS? But I know for sure there are a reasons for this.
I am looking for generous souls who can help me to make my dream true. I want to become a real woman, I know I will never be able to make my own kids, but the surgery is SO important for me.
Believe me, I wish I was born without these troubles, as a normal woman or men, but unfortunately, I can't change anything, that's what GOD wants.
Please try to understand me, and help if you can, anything would be appreciated.
I wish I can make it at the end of 2019 in Thailand, or the begging of 2020. Also, there is a chance to make it in The US if I will be lucky to get a grant from Jim Collins Foundation, who may cover 50% of any transition surgery. I will know the result at the end of this year. I really believe in success.
