TRAIN MINNIE SO SHE CAN LIVE

I agreed to foster Minnie in early October after seeing a video in which she looked like this: 
She'd been tethered to a tree in her backyard without food or water for six months and suffers from some of the typical issues that dogs who've been tortured like that experience. Minnie's lived with me, my three dogs, and my roommate Lauren, who took over training and giving extra love. Now, we have ten days to find Minnie a home, but we can't until she's trained to overcome her fears and aggression towards strangers. She's actually quite submissive, but she's doubled her weight and is now a formindable, but loving dog. She requires training so we can find her a home. Otherwise, she will be destroyed in 10 days. So, I'm asking friends and family to help me save Minnie by getting her the training ($2,000 for two weeks "bootcamp") that she needs and finding her a good home. I can't allow her to go to a family before she's trained. Please help.
