Azalea 16 months and Marley 10 weeks with her fiancé Ray and their friends when she tragically fell from a cliff...where she died instantly. My sister Peggy Culp along with her husband Steve and their two sons Tom and John are at a complete loss. As they are trying come to terms that they will not see their daughter Liz in their lives anymore and no insurance to help pay for funeral expenses, leaving two babies now without their momma!
