The Trenton Branch ACT-SO Program will be sending students to a national academic and art based competition. These students won gold medals in Short Story, Written Poetry, Music Vocal and Poetry Performance. They will travel to Detroit, Michigan in July 2019. The ACT-SO competition is sponsored by NAACP and encourages local high school students to develop their talents in STEM, Humanities, Performing Arts, Visual Arts and Business. We are asking for the support of Friends and Family. Every dollar donated up to $400 will be matched. If anyone wants to join me in matching funds we can reach our goal even faster. These future leaders are doing positive work and need our financial support. The funds raised will cover the cost of their airline tickets, food and transportation.
