Please help with medical treatments

I am 26 years old and have been through my fair share of medical tests, procedures and surgeries. I have been diagnoised with fybromyalgia, endometriosis, IC, PTSD, depression, bone thinning, chronic pelvic and back pain and unknown tummy problems and to add I'm having unknown seizures and blackouts.  In the past year i have run into some difficult turns with my health, I have tried so many different medicines and treatments but nothing has seemed to help. So im at the point where i am looking to go down to LA to get a 2nd opinion. Thats why i am here today writting this becasuse i am at a stand still with my treatment and now that i have lost my ability to drive myself due to the seizures, i am looking to try altnerative medical treatment which my insurances wont cover, and having to find someone to drive me to and from my doctors which are an hour to 2 hours away, so between paying for gas and the treatments, I am at a lost because im on ssi so fixed income. 
 
I use to be full of life, i played soccer for 11 years and graduated high school early so i could attend Scottsdale Le Cordon Bleu, which sadly almost to graduation i had to with drawal from the program due to my health. Now 8 years later i am still fighting against my health in order to do things. Being on SSI it has helped me so much and i am thankful but now i am at a point where i need to try things to better my health but just dont have the income means to afford the treatments. 

Also since i have become ill, even though i have always had dogs in my life, but i adopted a dog that is alwasy by my side when im in my worse state and to take care of me. But with my limited resources i am unable to provide the training for her to become a registered thereapy dog/service dog.

Please i am asking for help which is a really hard thing for me since i have been independant my whole life. Thank you for all and any help that you can provide. God bless and peace be with you.
