ToonCat's DACA Renewal fundraiser
Heya friends and people who know me in person, Tooncat here with an important message. But for new faces, I'm just a busy Mexican guy trying to survive this mad world.
Dreamers, DACA renewals are upon us, and quite frankly it's best to jump on the gun before we miss out our best shot at thriving in this crazy noisy world. However, some of us have had problems with being stable on paycheck to paycheck, car problems, and family emergencies to even save up on DACA, which was my case.
DACA, or Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, allows me to work, drive, and travel the country without fear of being deported, in Layman's terms. For a full comprehensive explanation, have a go at this link down below:

My family depends a portion of my income to help pay for the house bill, and currently I am paying off a car that my parents helped with the downpayment. I also pay for the internet, phone, pet supplies, and car; just to show what my current expenses were like. However, the last few months have been getting pricier with the car insurance, rent, and unfortunatly I have missed a monthly car payment to the bank. This can all be handled honestly with my paycheck i get on a monthly bases, but it barely gives me any space to save up on a tight schedule. A major snag recently affected a huge chunk of a bonus and a segment of my regular check I was relying on were new tires, the tread was actually disappearing from the four tires, which forced me to miss a car payment.
However, I can handle the current problems with time and work effort, but...
DACA isnt time friendly, and isn't something I can save up for in a short period of time. The best deadline outcome would be by the end of May 31st, and that is barely making it in time.
I hope the last paragraph wasnt a mess to read or understand, just a bit nervous at trying to explain whats my problem.
This funding will help me out a lot, but as well as my family for the unstable future under the new presidency, and lemme tell ya I think it's obvious why.
The funds will go to:
New biometrics
Immigration Lawyer fee
Work autherization Document fee
Gas, for the travel to Atlanta for Biometrics
I'll be doing my best to save up for the funding as well.
The best deadline for the Funding would be the end of May 31st, and that is, at this time of creating, a month and a few days away.
Every single dollar can help make a difference to the outcome of my future, and for that I appreciate the gratitude that you mates would show. Would honestly make my work day a bit better just seeing one person help me out! I'll do my very best to show you all my thanks for you guys, because quite honestly, you'll save my butt from utter defeat.
