My journey as an artist started when I was three years old and, although it has been difficult, the experience has always been worth the turmoil because this is my passion. One thing I've always wanted to do was help younger artists develop their talent, studio etiquette and industry savvy without taking major set backs in the early stages. Sometimes as a younger artists I felt like the elders in the music business weren't always willing to share information that could have helped my progress.

Eventually, I was able to teach myself Cubase, Fruity Loops, online marketing, recording strategies that enhanced my worth as an artist beyond being a sought after group member. Not only am I able to quickly write, create and arrange material but I'm also able to encourage the creative flow of other artists. When I started my company Katastrofik Entertainment, LLC. it was meant to be the antithesis of the money motivated, creativity stifling labels that I had grown to feel was my only way to artistic success.

Due to online streaming media platforms like YouTube, Spotify and BandCamp artists are able to capitalize on their own creativity. I put my own skills to the test recently by producing, mixing and mastering an EP for a group named Back 2 Back (Drew-21 and Myal-22) who had never recorded a full song or released any material online before we worked together. Through our sessions, their confidence in themselves and their skills grew. I designed their logo, produced, mixed and mastered their EP, BACK 2 BACK on SOUNDCLOUD set up social media outlets and more. The reception has been so positive that I want this to continue to grow. There are several young artists who I'd like to give this same opportunity and more. Help me, help them.
