Together we lift the burden for TJ

For those of you who know Tabitha and TJ Scutt, you know that they would do anything to help someone in need. Now it is time that we do for them what they would do for us. This is not easy for them to allow all of us to contribute as they do not want their burden to be passed to anyone else.
On Thursday, April 5th around 12:30pm TJ was involved in a forklift accident at work. Without going in detail, TJ's right arm was severely injured in the incident. The quick response from a few of his co-workers and first responders saved his life and kept him from loosing too much blood. When he arrived at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh the doctors assessed his injuries and prepped him for surgery. They expressed that there was around a 10% chance that TJ would be able to keep his arm. After 4 hours of surgery we got news that by taking a section of artery from his leg and using it in his arm they had established blood flow back to TJ's hand! Another hour and a half went by before they completed the surgery which was considered a huge success! The doctors say that this is a life changing injury and that he will not have full function of his right arm in the future.
TJ continues to make progress and has undergone another surgery for further repairs to the skin surrounding the wound which was also at this point considered a success.
The reality of the impact this will have on their family for the next 3, 6, 12 months and even years ahead is beginning to set in. Although this happened at work and TJ will receive workers comp benefits from the accident. Tabitha is not going to be able to work for some time while she assists TJ in his recovery. They have 4 children and all of the typical bills that each and every one of us have a responsibility of paying every month.
God has provided so much comfort and miraculous healing already for Tabitha and TJ that they know he will provide financially as well. If you feel God asking you to contribute something then please do. Any amount will have an impact to their family.

Many people are praying for TJ and we ask that you continue to do so.
My prayer for TJ is that God continues to provide peace through all the upcoming hardships. Providing comfort for the family and a resounding triumph over moving this mountain that's in front of them. I pray that God moves upon the hearts of many to help in some way just as Tabitha and TJ would for so many others. I pray for a surplus of everything that is needed in the days to come. I also pray that the people reading this understand how great our God is and that he is performing a miracle right now.
