To honor Steven Schmidt

As Stevens little sister who loves him more than I could ever express, it pains me beyond words to have this be something that I have to share with everyone.  He was an amazing brother, loved his son and his framily (how he said it) very much was a great friend to many of you, and loved by all ( how could you not?! ). Steven  was always positive despite whatever hurdles were happening in his life and always put others first. This whole thing feels so sudden and unexpected. It was never anticipated that a hospital stay for something unrelated would lead to a catastrophic mistake to lead to us losing him. Please consider helping out his loved ones through this difficult time as they navigate this tragedy and move forward in this life without him by our side, but inside our hearts. Donations will go directly to end of life costs and arrangements to honor his life, and the many people he touched. Thank you
