To help with expenses for Dominick Heart Sur

So recently my six year old nephew was diagnosed with a heart condition called coarctation of the aorta. Which is a narrowing of the blood vessels the aorta which leads from the heart. It’s a very serious condition which requires surgery. The surgery needs to be performed in Boston by specialists. Which of course is gonna cost my sister and her husband  one to be able to stay in Boston with him and two they are gonna lose out on income to be with their son during this tough time. Which is gonna result them in falling behind on bill. So I ask all of you to contribute what you can in order for them to be able to go to Boston for the surgery and to be able to not lose their home cause they fell behind on bills while taking care of their son.
