To help our foundation go 501 3c

Donation protected
Our mission is established.  Our agenda is clear.

We are ready to go. Now, we need to obtain the non-profit status referred to as a 501-3c.  If you believe in our mission and support our agenda, please donate to our foundation on GoFundMe.  Your donation will be used to apply for this status.  Please help us take the first step in being a voice for animals.

We appreciate any donation you are able to make.  Thank you for your interest and support.

This movement derives from an unwavering commitment to honor the lives of the earths animals.  The foundation formally started with a request for a proclamation to recognize and bring people's attention to the need to be kind to animals and concerned about their welfare.   On April 17, 2018, Governor Brian Sandoval signed a Proclamation recognizing "Animal Kindness and Welfare Awareness Week in Nevada" to be celebrated May 6 - 12, 2018.  During that week, we asked people to practice an act of kindness towards animals each day.  Annually, hereafter, we will recognize and celebrate "Animal Kindness and Welfare Awareness Week during the first full week in May.   Moving forward we are hoping to turn this proclamation into a non-profit foundation to help those animals most in need. Our first set of projects are the following:

 * A day of kindness for the displaced owners of dogs.  We are hoping to provide them with a day of pampering; vet check-up, grooming, nail trim and pet food samples for easy carrying.

* Partnering with a dog house builder, to provide dog houses for those dogs that constantly live outside without shelter.

* Work with various Trap, Spay and Neuter organizations on doing monthly feral cat trap and release in downtown las vegas.

* Providing horse owners that are not financially capable of providing shelter for their horses, with a canopy of shelter from the sun/snow.

* Working with CCSD to implement lesson plans on teaching the younger generations to be kind to animals and emphasizing the importance of extending compassion and consideration to other living beings, as it is an important and valuable life lesson.

* The educational lessons will be geared towards the ages 5 - 12 years old, to engage and learn important life lessons and provide early intervention that can redirect their thoughts, feelings and actions to improve social, emotional, mental health, reduce bullying and cruelty to animals.

We have reached out to CCSD and hope to partner with them to include these curriculums every year during the second full week in May, to celebrate the yearly Animal Kindness and Welfare Awareness Week in Nevada.

* Bill requests to legislators requesting new animal welfare and animal cruelty laws

Thank you for helping us take this step.

Thank you from the bottom of our paws!
