To Help Greeks Affected by Fires!!!

It is obvious that so many of us have been affected by the news that Greece is on fire and has lost so many lives, and probably many more, not to mention the thousands of people left homeless!!

We have family, friends and patriotes over in Greece who need our help and although this won't save everyone, I guess every little bit of help counts!!!

The money raised will go directly to homeless people who have been affected by the fire and those who have lost loved ones. I know a number of people in Greece and one in particular who works closely with homeless people on a daily basis, so the money will go direct to the people who need it most! I have been told that the Rafina Council is the place to donate so that’s where the money will be going!

I know there are so many funding pages these days, but even the smallest donation will help and I know there are lots of us here who feel helpess and want to do something to help ... so if you have anything to spare, please donate.

Before donating the money I will let everyone who has donated know where the money raised is going. That way if anyone has any concerns they can raise it with me. I am genuinely trying to facilitate a fundraiser to get the money going direct to the people who need it and not to some organisation that will pocket it for themselves.
