Ever since I was a little girl, I have always loved Africa. From hearing about the mission trips my mom, dad and sister have been on to various countries, there was no doubt in my mind that I would want to experience them as well. With years of God tugging on my heart to make a trip to Africa, I am finally putting all of my faith in Him and going to go on this journey to share the love of Jesus Christ our wonderful Savior through medical missions with Global Health Outreach. I will be going to Ghana July 28-August 7, 2017. During this time, my team and I plan to serve 2000 people in six days. Patients will be given eyeglasses, be treated for malaria and hypertension, given dental care for the very first time and the best part, getting to hear the Gospel in their own languages! I am super excited for this opportunity to spread the name of Jesus! Unfortunatley, the cost to go overseas is extremeley expensive and i will have to do lots of fundraising. The total cost of this trip is $4270, which will cover flights, travel, hotels, food, and medical supplies. If you are able to donate any amount, I would be so appreciative. Although money is important in making this trip possible, prayer is what I will need mostly. I believe tremendously in the power of prayer. I know that God will provide financially.
