To get a trailer for my step mom to live in

The catastrophic Woolsey fire of  LA County destroyed my dad and step mom's home last week. Carol Erickson (Fred Morin's stepmom) does not have enough insurance to cover  what she lost. Adding to the problem there are no housing or FEMA trailers to help her live ( Carol Erickson)  on her property while I rebuild her home. I am requesting funds from our community and friends and relatives to help me purchase a Fifth wheel or Camper trailer so she has a place to live. I will also be assisting all I can to help her out in this situation. The price of a decent used 5th wheel usually runs around $20,000 plus the added cost of taxes and fuel cost to haul this down with my truck. We can also use extra funds so I can get the power, water and sewer hooked up so she has utilities as well. Some of the hook fees from the county can be very expensive around $8000 per hook ups.  We will need the funds quickly to get the camper hooked up as it is getting cooler .
