To built my own house on my 3 acres i already own

I would like to build my own off grid home on my own off grid property. I own the property outright and have title in my hand. I am starting a fund raiser to come up with the cash to get a well drilled, solar power,  and a small home built for my family. I am 42 and have never owned my own home.  that is about it.
