Summer Art Teacher Conference

As an Art teacher in a small charter school all of my budget has to go towards consumeable supplies for students such as paper, paints, adhesives, and the myriad other materials needed on a daily basis.  I would very much like to attend a teacher conference hosted by a trusted colleague that takes place this summer. The requested amount covers airfare to CA, the cost of the conference itself, an airbnb room for 3 days, and a rental car for airport to conference transport.
