Help me fight cancer

My name is Rebecca and am 46 years  old. 3 weeks ago I was having pain in my right side and went in for what I thought was stomach issues as I have had in the past. There was a CT scan and two masses were found on my liver. I had a liver biopsy done and the results were terrifying. Turns out I have what they call metastatic adeno carcinoma. On the 14th of may, which is my birthday, I had another CT on my lungs. The news is devastating, there's now a mass in my left lung pressing on my pulmonary artery and a mass on my upper spine. I have wonderful support from my children, my fiance' and his family, and friends. I don't wish anything on them as far as expenses with all of what's coming. I have 3 beautiful grandchildren I would love to see grow up, so I am going to fight my hardest, I just need a little help. Thank you so much for any support you can give.
