A Helping Hand for a Single Father - Critically Ill after Tragic Car Accident
My name is Cody Shelton (22), the eldest son of Ronald "Tim" Shelton, who was critically injured in a single-car accident on the morning of Sunday, January 15, 2017. I, myself, am a proud father of a beautiful 19 month-old girl named Rayleigh Shelton, and 6 month-old baby boy named Clayton Shelton. Alongside of me are my younger siblings, Gracie (17) and Brady Shelton (14); for whom this situation seems all too painfully familiar. Their mother, a woman loved by everyone and an idol in the eyes of her children, heroically lost her life to Breast Cancer in October of 2010 at the age of only 38.
Like a brick-wall, we stand strong again. This time, at the side of our father's bed, as he fights each minute for his life, only to painfully fight the next one. As a supplement to the astounding care that he is receiving from the Baylor Scott & White ICU Team, we make it our mission as his children to encourage him with positivity and assure him that his valiant struggle does not go unnoticed.
Along with the current support and prayer from our immediate family, we ask that you please open your heart through prayer and donations.
In addition to immeasurable medical costs and maintaining a roof over Brady and Gracie's heads, the proceeds will be used exclusively for alleviating the steady accrual of our Dad's financial burdens, while he admirably fights the battle of his life...literally.

• In the midst of the fog and the puddled roadway, Tim Shelton (alone) mysteriously flipped his week-old Jeep off of the paved road and into the ditch - causing him to be violently ejected from the vehicle into a nearby field. (Sunday, January 15, 2017 between 1:00AM and 4:00AM)
• Tim was later found, severely injured with a low body temperature, by a State Patrolman around 4:00AM on Sunday, January 15, 2017. He was then rushed immediately to Baylor Scott & White Hospital of Temple, TX.
