Tim and Kirsten IVF Fund

Hello, my name is Tim and my wife’s name is Kirsten. We met during my senior year/her junior year in high school in 2003. I knew from the moment we started hanging out that she was an amazing person, I mean I got up early for this girl and drove her to school every day of her senior year, and have been together ever since. So, in 2009 we got married and in 2010 decided to grow our family. After a year of no success our regular doctor put us on Clomid (a follicle stimulating hormone) and a few other drugs, but still no success. You think looking at a pregnancy test and hoping that is negative is nerve racking, looking at one and praying it is positive is an emotional nightmare when it never happens. So in 2015 we went to see a fertility specialist. We got a lot encouraging information and results and Month after month we did hormone shots, ultrasounds, and IUI’s. After about a year of heartbreaking disappointment, we needed to take a break for both mental & financial reasons. You know you basically put your life in to the process, taking time off work for appointments, passing up events or trips depending on when the cycle schedule falls. So now it is time to try something different, IVF (in-vitro fertilization). This of course is very expensive unless you have insurance that covers infertility, which we do not. This process happens very fast and it is a little overwhelming. Please help us achieve something magical and grow our family. I’ve always had it in my head that we would have around 4 kids, but with all the struggles that we had to go through, I’m just praying for 1 very special child. They say is takes a village to raise a child, why not to create one?
