Service Dog in Training for Stroke Survivor

Following high stress events, I had a stroke in April 2018. Although my progress has been good, I have ongoing symptoms including severe migraine headaches, dizziness and disorientation, visual disturbances, chronic fatigue, and irregular heartbeats (tachycardia). A service dog has been recommended due to my high risk of further events. This would provide me a world of confidence in sleeping soundly at night. As an added bonus, the dog will be trained as a therapy dog, so I may be able to share the benefits with my students at work. The cost of the dog includes training up to 8 months of age. The dog I plan to adopt was born in March, so she'll be ready to come home on my birthday in November. Her name is Annika Jade, but you can call her Anni.

Payments are due to the trainer in the following increments:

     $500 - Immediately to reserve my puppy - ✅ 
  $1500 - Partial adoption fee due by 8 weeks old (May 18th) - ✅ 
    $500 - Partial adoption fee due by 10 weeks old (June 1st) - ✅ 
  $1000 - Level I training due by 12 weeks old (June 15th) - ✅ 
  $2500 - Level II training due by 5 months old (August 23rd) - ✅ 
     $900 - Trainer's travel to deliver Anni* (September 23rd) - ✅ 
  $3500 - Level III training due by 8 months old (Nov 23rd) - ✅ 
+  $130 - Go Fund Me fees - ✅
