Our Therapy Horse Needs Your Help
Donation protected
On February 26, Skylar, a wonderful and very special Reins of Life therapeutic riding horse, had a life-threatening colic episode that nearly ended his life. He was transported to the New Bolton Center, a large animal hospital in Kennett Square, PA for immediate emergency surgery to his abdomen. After spending 7 long days in the hospital, we are so grateful that Skylar is doing well now and we know as he is recovering he is looking forward to getting back to his work at Reins of Life this summer. As a result, our nonprofit organization is facing huge medical costs.
Every dollar we must pay towards these unexpected bills takes away from our ability to serve the special needs community with the services we provide at Reins of Life. We are asking for your much-needed support on behalf of Skylar and our Reins of Life family. Your donation would be deeply appreciated.
Reins of Life is a 501 c3 non profit organization in Landenberg, PA that provides therapeutic horseback riding for children, young adults, and adults with special needs and life challenges. We are proud to have served our community for nearly 24 years.
