Help For Theo's Hip Replacement!

Hey guys!
Our wonderful, loveable, little ginger cat Theo, also known as Theodore Hobbes, had an unforunate injury at home. His leg broke where it meets his hip and he's going to need a hip replacement surgery wherein they will need to give him a metal hip replacement joint. Otherwise, he'll continue to walk with a limp his whole life and the chances of him hurting it again are high, even considering how resilient our little felines are. While he will now be becoming the world's best bionic cat, the surgery is quite expensive and the recovery time long. We'd love if it would fix itself, but unfortunately, this is the only way to make sure that he'll be back to good health one day soon. He's only 11 months old, so we're hoping he gets back on his feet, quite literally, sooner rather than later, but we're coming to our friends and family for help!
We've had to spend around 1K already to diagnose the specific problem, and the surgery, medicine and recovery materials are going to cost us about 4K more. Right? It's not fun, but it has to be done. We're hoping to schedule the surgery by the first week of July, as the longer we wait, the more difficult it will be to do.
You all know how much we love this little dude. I couldn't be more thankful that he has so much love from the outside world, including friends, family, Facebook, Instagram and Reddit. Thank you all for your constant kind words and appreciation of our little ginger guy. Any help is so more than appreciated. If Theo could give you a high paw, he would do it. And then he would probably smell your feet and give you tiny cat kisses all in appreciation of helping him get back on his paws.
