Second Liver Transplant Needed

Hello. My name is Woodly Thelusma and I am 30 years old. I am a newly-wed and my wife and I have a wonderful 8 month old son. Unfortunately, our lives have been met with challenges as I have been battling a chronic liver disease called Primary Schlerosing Cholangtis. I was diagnosed with this same disease about 12 years ago and underwent a life-saving liver transplant that I thought would have cured me of the disease forever. Unfortunately, nearly 6 months into my marriage, I started to feel some symptoms that were all too familiar. After undergoing several tests, my hepatologist found that the disease that had altered my life at 17 years old had returned and I had cirrhosis of the liver. The only way that I would live was to get a second liver transplant. I was devastated. I was scared that I wouldn't see my son grow up and my wife would become a single mother.
Along with the stress of expensive treatment and medication that I have had to purchase, ( the medical bills for procedures and medication are piling up)there is the challenge of a lower survivor rate for second transplants. Because of this, my family and I have had to find the best surgeons that can perform this surgery to increase my chances of survial. We found that one of the best locations for liver transplantation in the world is in Jacksonville, Florida at the MayoClinic, with the shortest waiting list. Unfortunately, my wife and I do not have the funds to make the trip to Florida in time to receive a week-long evaluation to even be considered a patient at the MayoClinic. (We would need to get to the MayoClinic by mid to late February).
We are asking for help to offset the costs for travel and stay to go to Florida to be evaluated and other aquired medical bills.
This news has been very difficult and stressful for my family especially with being newly married and having a young son. We are trusting God to reverse the diagnosis of PSC and the cirrhosis of my liver and we are doing all that we can to match our works with our faith. My wife and I have taken on a complete vegan diet and I have committed myself to staying active and working out four days weekly.
We greatly appreciate all the help that anyone can give and we are thankful for all of your prayers and thoughts. I know that this test will ultimately be a TESTimony for God to show forth this glory.
